If your Elo monitor touchscreen is not working, it may be due to various issues, such as driver issues or issues with a system setting.

A hardware issue, malware infection, or registry error may also cause it.

Before troubleshooting, you should run a hardware and device troubleshooter to find out the leading cause of it.

This tool automatically targets the cause and fixes the issue quickly.

In order to do it.

Sometimes, the display becomes dusty and dirty over time of usage. You should clean the screen regularly to ensure the optimal performance of your monitor.

In order to clean the screen, turn off the monitor and unplug it from the power source, then take a soft fabric cloth and a shiner spray, then apply the shiner on the screen and scrub it with the cloth in a circular motion.

After cleaning the screen, turn on the monitor to see if it resolves the issue.
