Check the graphic card for visible damage; if you do not find visible damage, then check the card with another monitor; if it works with another monitor, then your card is fine.

Also, clean the card with a soft brush and fiber cloth safely.

If it does not work, then check the graphic card drivers for the update; if you find the update, then update them.

5. If it says the best driver has already been installed, then your card is not outdated, and you did not need to update it
